Taylor Hadsell (Dorothy) is thrilled to be back on stage in NYC! Select credits include: The Little Mermaid(The Players Theatre), Round Dance(IRT), Hello Dolly(Minnie Fay), and Urinetown(Little Sally). Taylor is infinitely grateful for her family and C. Colton Colbert (Scarecrow) is excited to make his NYC and Vital Theatre Company debut with The Wizard of Oz! Colton is a graduate of Millikin University with a degree in Musical Theatre and was most recently seen at Kings Island performing in Cool Yule with RWS Entertainment! Other credits include Jimmy Smith (Thoroughly Modern Millie), John Darling (Pete(HER)Pan), and Ren McCormick (Footloose). Kevin Michael Buckley (Tin Man) is an actor, singer, dancer, & musician from Old Bridge, NJ. He recently graduated from Otterbein University where he played roles such as Fred Casely in Chicago, and Don Price in Big Fish. Other credits include Guys and Dolls (Theatre Aspen) and South Pacific in Concert (Aspen Music Festival). For the past few years, Kevin has been producing his own pop music as Kev! on all streaming platforms. Hed like to thank his friends, family, and his amazing agents at UIA.

Dylan Randazzo (Cowardly Lion) is very excited to be a part of this amazing company performing in a story so near and dear to his heart. Dylan is a recent graduate of Marymount Manhattan College with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Select credits include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Joseph), On the Town (Gabey), Children of Eden (Cain/Japheth), Seussical (Horton), title of show (Jeff), Legally Blonde (Emmett), Bring It On, and Parade. He was also the recipient of a NJ Governors Award for choral singing in 2016. Dylan would love to thank his family, friends, manager, and all the hard working people who helped bring theatre back to NYC after such a difficult past few years.

Chris Godshall (Wicked Witch of the West/Wizard) is an East Coast native, born and raised in North Carolina and Virginia, Chris caught the theater bug at the young age of 10, and from then on it was full steam ahead. After graduating from Shenandoah Conservatory in 2018, they spent several years working at theaters in and around Virginia before moving to the NYC. Theyre overjoyed to finally return to the physical stage after two years of digital performances and auditions, and hopes you enjoy the watching the show as much as they enjoyed making it! Some notable performances include Horton the Elephant in Seussical the Musical (Viriginia Musical Theatre), The Nurse in Romeo and Juliet (Ohrstrom-Bryant Theatre), and By My Side in Godspell (YourAct Theatricals).

Michael Rose (Scarecrow cover) was born and raised around the Philadelphia area (Go Birds!) and graduated from Marymount Manhattan College's Musical Theatre Program in 2018-- He toured nationally with TheaterworksUSA as Iggy Peck in Rosie Revere, Engineer & Friends and has worked in several regional theatres around the country. Some favorite shows have been South Pacific, Tarzan, and Spring Awakening. He's also an advanced certified scuba diver, a multi-certified dog behaviorist, and a black belt! Thanks to friends, family, and Becky at Kreativ Artists! Everything he does, both professionally and financially, is for his dog Boots.

Catherine Shelley (Glinda The Good Witch)


Stephen Sunderlin (Director) has a wealth of experience running theaters within budget, supporting playwrights and bringing together gifted, like-minded artists. He has planned Vitals seasons for the past twenty-two years and helmed the theatre to its current level of excellence. He has served as Artistic Director at the venerable summer-stock theatre, Millbrook Playhouse, and formed a theatrical production company to produce and direct evenings of one acts and other plays. He was previously a resident director with The Pioneer Playhouse. He holds a BA in Theatre from the Bloomberg University of Pennsylvania, trained in the Stanislavski technique with Sonia Moore, studied with Herbert Bergof and completed the two-year Meisner program with William Esper. Stephen has served as Press Associate with Jeffrey Richards Associates on numerous Broadway and Off-Broadway productions. He also branched out into publicity, marketing and advertising representing many Off and Off Off-Broadway productions.

Rebecca Frazier (Choreographer) is very excited to be at Vital Theatre! Recent credits include: Zoe Hates Green (Director, SOOP Theatre SOOP to Nuts Festival) Evita (Director/Choreographer, Jean's Playhouse) You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown! (Director/Choreographer, Theater Barn, Berkshire Theater Award Nominee for Outstanding Musical), Bolyen, A New Musical (Featured Choreographer, New York Theater Barn Choreography Lab), the short film Dream No 37, 091 (Choreographer, Winner: Best Experimental Short at the AFAA Awards) and Body Positive, the debut music video for recording artist J.R. Holly Buczek (Casting Director) For Vital Theatre, Holly has cast Pinkalicious The Musical, Fancy Nancy, Angelina Ballerina The Musical, StinkyKids (2012 Off-Broadway Alliance Winner for Best Family Show) and others. Current and recent projects include: Annie - National Tour 2014/15, 50 Shades, The Original Parody off Broadway and Touring Companies, Til Divorce Do Us Part off Broadway, Deathtrap and Vanya & Sonia & Masha & Spike at The John W. Engeman Theatre, Caroline or Change for Cyranos Theatre in Alaska, The Independents for Fringe 2012 (winner Best-of-the Fest), Wearing Black for the Frigid Festival, iLLA, A Hip-Hop Musical, Deployed - The Musical, The Brain That Wouldnt Die In 3D, The Groove Factory and Pirates of Finance for NYMF, and for Bard SummerScape festival, The Ballad of Rom and Julz and Bitter Sweet. Benjamin Stayner (Musical Director) is a conductor, music director, vocal coach, composer, pianist, and cellist. Most recently, he was the music director/pianist for the world premiere production of What a Wonderful World at Timber Lake Playhouse. Previously, he was the music director of David Shannons Irelands Greatest Showman tour this fall and at Jeans Playhouse this past summer. Other favorite MD/AMD credits include She Loves Me, Pippin, and Songs for a New World (Ithaca College). He has composed both electronic and acoustic music for She Kills Monsters (All in Theatrics) and other various plays and dance pieces. Benjamin earned a MM in Conducting (Opera/Musical Theatre) from Ithaca College and a BM in Music Theory from The Hartt School.

Michael Schloegl (Adaptor and Origional Director) is a New York City based artist. He is one of the founding members of Vital Theatre Company and helped launch the first Vital season with his original show, Three Bears and A Babe. He works regionally and internationally as a director-choreographer (Footloose, Grease, The Wizard of Oz, Bring it On!, Legally Blonde) Michael has performed throughout the United States and Europe in shows such as West Side Story, Oklahoma, The Will Rogers Follies, and A Chorus Line. He is also a costume designer, childrens book author/illustrator and playwright. With his production company, Already Cast Productions, he has toured throughout the East coast with his interactive history show, History Time Henry. As a theatre and dance educator, Michael has taught a wide spectrum of performers from professional to elementary students.
